OY-XD90 Right Angle Milling Head(Bi-directional Right Angle Milling Head)

The spindle and gears of the right angle milling head (90 degree milling head, angle head) are made of chrome molybdenum alloy steel and heat treated (carburization). Thus, the milling head is rigid and durable. Its quality is reliable.
Such a milling head is suitable for conventional gantry milling machines, CNC gantry milling machines, single arm milling machines, special purpose machines and machining centers.
The main body of bidirectional milling type right angle milling head is formed in one piece, so its machining precision is more accurate and stable. Besides, the V-shaped oil seal not only seals the hole tightly, but also has waterproof and dust proof functions. The bidirectional milling saves re-correction time, and enhances work efficiency. This type of milling head, you can select 800RPM (Heavy Duty Cutting Type), 2000RPM (Moderate Cutting Type) or 3000RPM (Light Cutting Type) for using depending on the nature of the work and machine spindle speeds. And can mill five sides of the work piece if they work together with our boring-milling heads.
